Biban de mare cu legume la gratar / Grilled Seabass: Levrek Izgara




Ingrediente / ingredients:

- 2-3 bibani de mare  - Sea bass 2-3 (levrek)
- 3-4 linguri ulei de masline - 3-4 tablespoons olive oil
- cate o crenguta de rozmarin pentru fiecare peste - sprig rosemary for each fish
- mix de piper - Pepper mix
- sare de mare  - sea salt
- lamaie - Lemon
- patrunjel verde - Parsley
- oregano  - oregano
- 2-3 catei de usturoi - 2-3 cloves garlic
- pr legume la gratar - vinete, ardei kapia, ciuperci, cartofi, dovlecei sau orice alta leguma preferata - for grilled vegetables - eggplant, peppers Kapia, mushrooms, potatoes, zucchini or any other favorite vegetable

Ungem pestii cu ulei de masline, ii condimentan cu sare, piper, oregano, usturoi iar in interior punem crenguta de rozmarin. Ii punem in folie de aluminiu si ii punem pe gratar.

Brush fish with olive oil, spice them with salt, pepper, oregano, garlic and put inside the rosemary. We put them in foil and  then on  grill.



Legumele le taiem si le punem pe gratar. Am servit cu un sos de ardei copti si usturoi.

Cut the Vegetables  and put them on the grill. I served with a sauce of roasted peppers and garlic.
